At Gloam & Claw, we create original gothic, folklore-inspired and dark-fantasy apparel for those who embrace their individuality.

Our clothing is made to order and printed through our production partners in the United States.

Product Details

Our T-shirts are primarily Gildan 64000 Softstyle garments, featuring:

• Soft, lightweight fabric

• Unisex sizing from S to 3XL

• 100% ring-spun cotton for standard colours, with cotton/polyester blends for certain heather colours

• Original artwork printed using water-based direct-to-garment (DTG) printing

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information.

However, colours and print appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, garment materials and the printing process.

As each garment is printed individually, minor variations may occur.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify descriptions, update products, discontinue designs or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order with Gloam & Claw, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including where there are payment issues, suspected fraud, product unavailability or pricing errors.

Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because every garment is made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email jadeblack@gloamandclaw.com within 12 hours of placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided production has not already started.

Once production begins, changes and voluntary cancellations are no longer available under our standard cancellation process.

However, this does not affect any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights relating to delayed, undelivered, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Eligible products remain covered by our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy following delivery.

Returns and Return Shipping

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact jadeblack@gloamandclaw.com within the applicable return period.

Our team will review your request and confirm the return procedure, including any applicable postage costs, before you send anything back.

For damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please do not send products to our registered business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, without affecting any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied at checkout.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to applicable law and the correction of genuine pricing errors.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

• Standard US shipping: $4.89 per order

• Free standard US shipping on orders of $75 or more

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and supported payment providers.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Gloam & Claw currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available.

All garments are made to order and printed by our production partners in Florida and Texas.

Shipping Charges

• Standard US shipping: $4.89 per order

• Free standard US shipping on orders of $75 or more

Estimated Fulfilment Times

• Production: 2–5 business days

• Shipping after production: 2–8 business days

• Estimated total delivery: 4–13 business days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to production demand, carrier delays, severe weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Delays

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes communicated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Where legally required, we will offer you the opportunity to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the affected order for a full and prompt refund.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and issue the appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact jadeblack@gloamandclaw.com.

Returns Following Delivery

Our designs celebrate gothic aesthetics, folklore, mysterious creatures and dark-fantasy storytelling.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of, or reproduction rights to, the artwork printed on that product.
