Where are your shirts printed?
Every Gloam & Claw piece is made to order, then printed and shipped in the USA by our print partners in Florida and Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, creatures of the night. We ship within the United States only for now, with more countries planned.
How much is shipping?
$4.99 flat rate in the US, and FREE on orders of $75 or more. Orders are printed in 2–5 business days, then delivered in about 2–8 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our crypt to your closet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 12 hours after placing your order, before it goes to print. Email jadeblack@gloamandclaw.com as soon as possible.
Can I order a shirt as a gift?
Of course. Nothing says "I know your soul" like a cryptid tee. Just double-check the size and the shipping address. We don't offer gift wrapping or gift messages; the creature on the shirt does all the talking.
🖤 Returns & Problems
Do you accept returns?
Yes, and they're free. Return any unworn, unwashed tee within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind. Email us and we'll send you a free prepaid return label. No curses attached. See our Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Even monsters deserve quality control. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and there's no need to send it back.

What sizes do you offer?
S through 3XL on most designs. Tap Size Guide on any product page to see the measurements before you order.
Are your shirts true to size?
Our tees have a relaxed unisex fit. Prefer something closer to the body? Size down. Want that oversized, stolen-from-a-vampire look? Size up.

What are your shirts made of?
Our tees are Gildan 64000 Softstyle: lightweight, soft and made from 100% ring-spun cotton. Every design is printed with water-based DTG inks.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, cold wash with mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry is best; a low tumble works too. Don't iron directly on the print.
Will the print crack or fade?
We use water-based direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Like any printed garment the design can soften over time, but the care steps above keep your creatures looking their best.
Why is everything made to order?
Because your shirt deserves to be made for you, not left gathering dust in a warehouse. We print each piece when it's ordered, so there's no pile of unsold stock.
